I liked the room but did not like that the room was connected to another room, the guest next door sound traveled under the door as if they were in my room on a one night stay out of three

The staff seemed helpful and courteous. The lights next to the beds wasn't working and they came right away to check out the problem. Fixed it immediately. Lots of outlets to charge up phones and laptops. The room was very spacious and clean. Loved the bench under the windows. Shower had great pressure. Beds were comfy. They offered breakfast, but we never used it as we got up after it finished. So, I can't really rate it. The price was great. The hotel convenient to stores and eateries as well as the interstate. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine Love plans around hotel and smells.clean. receptionist from Ohio Hamilton was very nice and we also were from Ohio so Glad we did meet someone in Florida from Ohio. Also other person at hotel saw we were at the pool and sent us towels even if we didn't ask for them so it was very nice customer service. We did not get a receipt bcz used a third party so hopefully everything will be fine. Spacious room. Good for the price . We walked.to.mc Donald's for breakfast as they don't offer it.. .

Convenient location close to food and shopping. Huge room with comfortable bed. Overall cleanliness. Great value room.

I loved that it was super clean, everywhere smelled of disinfectant, I loved that there were big trash bins on the floors for guest as opposed to throwing trash in the corners, I loved that it was quiet & peaceful & the staff were kind & friendly. I also loved that breakfast was long enough for everyone to come down & eat.

Everything. New modern amenities., i.e. smart tv and more. The room looked just like the picture. The hotel staff had the best attitude. Kudos for showing positive and excellent example of teamwork to satisfy there customers.I haven’t witnessed this type of customer service a long time. More for your money. Staff very friendly, hotel above average clean. Would definitely stay again. No need to ask for towels , the staff brought new towels and complementary soap and self care items daily,,great smell no old stale carpet odor. The hotel has a great preventive maintenance program. No leaks or signs of poor upkeep. I AM NOT A PAID PERSON OR ROBOT. THIS IS NOT A FALSE ADVERTISEMENT DESIGNED TO ATTRACT MORE CUSTOMERS . Checking in and out was easy. Our room was modern and clean. No carpets, which was important to me because of my asthma. It had luxury vinyl plank flooring. I loved the white linens and towels.

A/C worked very well. Bed was comfy. Room was very large with ample space to stretch and do yoga. Convenient to the expressway and dining.

The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the view that we had out our window. I really liked the little bench by the window to sit on. I used it every night.
